And ....you probably have my two favourite monsters there, Blues.
It was a close thing which one I was going to buy at the time.
In the end though, I chose the smaller one.
I have this thing about the 750 that goes back a very long way.....1973/4 would you believe ?
And its now the same blue as your 1000. Its a colour that I've always liked, and I grow fonder of by the day.

As much as I like the M1000, the M750 always makes me smile when I get to ride it

Get the 1000 properly set up, makes a world of difference if it's mapped well with a PC3 or similar. Made mine loads better. The factory map leaves a big hole in the torque curve right where you need it at about 3k revs.

Still kinda wishing I hadn't sold mine now.....

Thanks for the advice, in a similar way to riding the S4R I've found that riding above 4000 is where the bike is happiest. It doesn't have the two distinct power steps the S4R has but goes well enough for how I want to ride it.
