New Member Intro...
Hi, I'm new to the forum.
I ordered my 821 last weekend and am impatiently waiting for it to make the trip to UK from the factory. Hopefully here at month end 👍 I recently did the DAS after a 40 year absence and am now firmly hooked again. My, how things have changed from the days when you could ride a 250 on a Provisional !! Anyway, I live pretty much central to Reading, Newbury and Basingstoke and would love to attend ride-outs and meet fellow riders in the area. Cheers for now 😊 |

Well done. Did my DAS earlier this year and got an S2R800 Monster.
I had a Tiger Cub Sport on a provisional many years ago,. I'm close to Wokingham, so see you around. |

Welcome aboard!
Your impressions on the 821 would be interesting once you've put a few miles on her

Welcome also from the far north. So what's the connection between Cornwall to Hampshire? (I lived in St.Columb Major many years ago)

I'm actually a Cornishman in exile lol. Born in Redruth but grew up (?) in Fowey. Left to join the RAF in 1974 but first posting was St. Mawgan !! I'm guessing you might have been there too Boris? (And maybe Kinloss?)

Nice one Boris. I was at St Mawgan '75 to '78, and loved it. Closed now, sadly.
