Goodwood Breakfast Club
Next Sunday (6th October) is the last Breakfast Club meeting of the year at the historic Goodwood Motor Circuit and to top off the year it is themed as 'Italian Sunday'.
If you want to display your bike on the grid then you need to register and apply but it is free to do so and they can usually fit in plenty of bikes so I am told or. alternatively you can just turn up and goggle all the lovely Italian breeds that'll be there. More details are here: https://ticketing.goodwood.com/the-breakfast-club.html (forget that it says 'register your car'- Ducati is in the drop down list), all being well I will take my little racer up there as it's just up the road from me so pop along and say hello if you go!

I've already done this and hopefully riding down there if the weathers good. Not had my email saying they want my bike but plenty of bikes turn up at most of the Breakfast meets and get a spot near the track

Yep, Yep, Yep!!
Me too!!
Will be taking my little racer (and my little racer to be- my daughter India). I will probably park up in the Paddock area depending on van space etc. so feel free to pop along and say hello.

Just popping this to the top as the weather is looking good for Sunday.
So if there is anyone else thinking of an early(ish) ride Sunday morning and not sure where to go, you could probably do a lot worse than here and revel in some Italian exotica.

No knocking from me I'm afraid- I'm the other side of Chi from you, on the coast in LA.
Besides, I'll be going in my van with 'Bella' in the back but it's a nice ride from Fernhurst to Goodwood along the A286 and you could loop back on the A285 or even better the long way on the B2141/B2146 they are luuuurverly roads!!

Nice trip to Goodwood today, albeit the 6am start meant a freezing ride down the A3 but arrived at 8am and with the pass they sent me I was sent all the way to the paddock, whilst later bikes were sent to the Chicane car park. I think it was because I came in the side entrance but, myself and 3 other bikes, a lovely Bimota SP4, a beautiful old MV Augusta and some odd looking Ducati Indiana bike got pride of place at the paddock entrance.
Plenty of italian exotica in the car variety, plus some nice bikes in the main car park |

Excellent day out - many Monsters almost matched by 'gales.

Really good turn out I thought and that 750 Sport looked luuurrrverly in the great sunshine!!
You Missed JMo's 620 two rows back from Tesco, which I think is still one of the nicest looking Monsters around- it certainly had my mates drooling over it anyway. Nice piccy of my 'Bella' there though so thanks for that- the tank looks so shiny coz my little girl was licking it each time I sat her on it. I hope she's that keen on cleaning it when she's older! I spoke to a few people early on including a chap with a lovely nickel plated framed 900SS and an old guy that I suspect had forgotten more about Ducati singles than I know. Not sure I spoke to anyone from here though as kind of stuck the bike there and wandered off for the most part to lust over old Alfa's and Lancia's- who'd have thought an HPE would become so desirable back in the '80's.....I miss my Delta!

Is Jmo's the white 620? I did see that one and looked good and took a photo of the badge on the tank
