Alan & Shuffy were planning to produce a bag of their own 'special' logs

Hi,
The wonderful surprise made for a truly memorable first weekender. A really enjoyable weekend. Massive thanks to those who worked so hard to arrange and run the event. Andy |

As for the whole of the weekender -
Thanks to Duncan & Jo for organising - excellent! Thank you for loan of shower too (only time we managed to erm....'freshen up' properly ! Thanks to James (quiz), Giles (DJ talents at the ceremony), Gordon H (official photography), Stafford & Liz (for inviting us to witness and share the 'Event') and JP - who did an excellent job of keeping a motley crew together on the Sunday morning rideout - brilliant ride, and hard to do with such a range of riding skills (yes - I am a novice but improving slowly ) Perhaps most importantly - thank you to everyone who attended - as a newer member, you ALL made me feel so welcome, thank you, enjoyed every minute .......including the very first and very cold night in the tent - thank goodness it warmed up. You really are a great bunch! - Thank you. |
