Hello, just joined
Hi, just joined.
I'm looking for a stock mint 800 S2R as I regret not buying one back in 2005 or thereabouts. Lovely looking bike and I'm a big fan of the 2V Duc engines. I'm an Italian bike nut and owned a few over the years including a Moto Morini 350, Ducati Multistrada, and currently have an Aprilia Falco (great bike) and a Moto Guzzi 850 Le Mans. . Here's the 1978 Le Mans: My favorite at the moment is the Radical Ducati: I know a little about the 2V engines and hope to learn a bit about the S2R here Thanks Rich |

Hi and welcome to you and you are local to me. great looking Le Mans I must say, always wanted one! I had a S2r 800, in my opinion one of the best all round Monsters and plenty of power for everyday use!

Welcome to the club. Hope you find the right bike for you.
And I'm not sure the Le Mans is clean enough

As I scrolled down to the pic of the le mans, and the super shiny rocker boxes came into view, I couldn't help but chuckle.
Wow, that is one well tended machine. Hi, and welcome. |

Nice to have you on board
I had a Morini 3 1/2 sport myself for over 10 years
