Info on wheels anyone?
Hi All, does anybody know if a 1098 rear wheel will fit an S2R 800?
I know that 848/Hypermotard wheels fit, but not sure about the 1098/1198-is the hub different and it's a wider rim. I am building a Cafe Racer an would like to fit some newer wheels. I will post some photo's later when I'm on the PC and not this crappy Apple thing! Cheers. |

I know that the 1098 wheel wont fit the smaller 848. So based on that, id say no.

Cheers, just been doing some research online and you are right-the hub spindle is larger.
I have attached a photo. of my project-it has progressed a lot since this photo was taken-all the welding is done and it`s currently in bits, while the frame and swingarm are being painted. |
