Aha - I am an idiot. You would think I would have recognised the date!

I can't do Saturday - I have already arranged to spend it with the family.

Got my confirmation from Phil (police) that I'm booked (!) and to report for registration at 10:00.
I shalll be accompanied by officers at 11:00. Best behaviour then...

btw my 696 with open termis was measured by Castle Combe at 109dB.
Stuffing the performance killers in reduces it to 101.5dB

Yup. Probably me being chased by the police! Should be fun - See you there. I'll aim for 10am and with my navigation skills from Andover get there by 11!

I need to drop off some stuff at the bank at 9:00, before I can leave, could meet at Devizes about 09:45, or meet at circuit?

Steve, It will need to be no later than 9.45 as that leaves us 15 minutes to get there! Ill meet you in the Market Place by the fountain where the bikes park. See you there.

Just got back from what has to be the best £25 I can remember spending. Great Police rider who was a true biker for the rideout, thanks Kevin from Devon.
Then for the track experience. We had a really fast bunch mainly on 1000 fours, apart from a BMW HP2 with more carbon the Albie, but we both did Ducatis proud overtaking all but two of them! Steve was one further back trying to outgun a Kawasaki ZXR900, good try Steve.

Bring on Mallory now.

Couldn't agree more Rally, cheers - Brilliant day out. Riding through the twisties, overtaking as much as we could with a police FJR1300 on our tails at 85mph must have looked odd!
If I hadn't had my baffles in for the noise regs, I'd have had that ZXR...
