Craig (Moto Rapido) Top Guy!
I've been trying to locate a DP Oil Cooler Kit for my S4 without success as they are now obsolete and Ducati don't produce them anymore. Cue Craig at Moto Rapido who knew a guy who used to participate in the S4 Challenge Series who had a "couple lying around". Anyway, Craig got back to me a couple of days later, and having parting with the right amount of readies, a BRAND NEW kit is winging it's way to me. TOP GEEZER CRAIG! and please pass on my thanks to your contact for parting with the kit.

Likewise here as well. The Guy is so polite and knowledgeable, an absolute pleasure to deal with. I wont be going anywhere else for my parts again. He says he will call when the bits are in and always does so to update you that he has just posted them.
It's rare to get service like this these days, but very nice when you do. |

Craig even puts up with my vague rambling descriptions
and scary for him knows who I am by name after I've spoken 2 words! But maybe that's cause I have a terrible Croydonian accent... I don't say "innit!" |

Above all waht I like about him and MR as general it is not ap ush sale there ever. Last week I called in to ask for Ducati cylinder head nut tool and how much is it. He found it and started loughing afterwards saying you are better off spending it somewhere else and making one up. £200 + VAT if I recall correctly
