Hi all
Just had a call from the financial obudsman about my claim against Carole Nash after the recovery people sent to fix my bike blew the igniters. They are going to pay up. They provided an engineers report that Carole Nash had commissioned and they said that by using a booster pack it could have sent a spike through the system casuing the igniters to blow. Job done. So they are going to pay the cost of the igniters and interest on the cash, so about 1p at todays rates. Still good to get the money back. Cheers Stuart |

Ta Mart
Thought it worth fighting but it must have cost CN more in time than I claimed for, I know I'm still out of pocket but only phone calls etc so am happy with what I got. |

You didn't claim for the phone calls! Shame on you.
Apart from that, nice one Stuart.
