Recommendations for service, MOT's etc in Macclesfield and surrounding areas
Hi All,
I'm the proud new owner of a Monster 2002 750ie Dark which arrived today! Really chuffed with it - just a shame snow's on the way so a chance of actually riding it might not be for a while! Anyway, I want to give it a really good service before the summer. I've seen there are a few members around me (Alderley Edge) and was wondering if anyone can recommend a decent garage for me that they've had experience with? Thanks, Nick |

Heya chap, I'm over in Stockport, but I tend to make the long trip to see Ducati John over in Leeds. Can be a nice ride and if you do a search for Ducati John on here you'll see why it's worth the trip.
The lads at Ducati Manchester in Sale are also good and as dealers go they are very helpful and friendly. They can also point you in the direction of the Ducati friendly garage they use for MOTs, who also did mine last year....

Lou, iv got an m.o.t coming up which will include belt changes and arrow race system. Iv heard about John and wouldnt have an issue riding over, but I imagine he wont be able to facilitate the 50% less servicing costs that Ducati introduced for 07 models onwards ?

Drop him a line, he's happy to talk and flexible on price if your able to parts of the service yourself.
Note John doesn't do MOTs...

Hi there, just down the road in Poynton. I've used Moortop Trade Sales in Disley for Mot's over the years. They are very efficient and not too hard on my 'tunefull' Termis.
Think you will find somewhere in Macc. and also Bollington but can't remember names. Like to get my dealer stamp at Ducati Manchester who have always been more than helpful. |
