S4 challenge carbon rear hump.
Got one of these, genuine item. Can't decide whether to fit it or sell it. I've offered it up but looks like I might need to do a frame chop and make a tail tidy. I can't be arsed swapping that around when I'm carrying pillion so I'd probably let it go for the right money.
£offers or it goes on eBay I started sanding out the centre seam as it was quite prominent and ugly. Needs finishing off, I can do this if you dint know how to (and if the price makes it worth my while of course). |

Hi mate.
Not sure if this changes anything but you deffo dont need a frame chop but you will need to take all the back light and tray assembly off if you want to keep changing over.. |

Interesting. I couldn't get it to fit. Didn't come with any brackets.

there should be two carbon brackets fixed to the hump. These locate where the rear seat cowl attaches. There are then two holes at the rear which secure to the frame with bolts.

Note the "white" bits are the area I've sanded smooth the horrible seams in the resin. Just needs a polish up with fine wet and dry. I've got a buffer so I'll have a go at this.

I think you can but you have to make some sort of tail tidy bracket to house the rear light. Never seen one fitted close up so don't know.
Was hoping for nearer £100 really? |

i have just bought a carbon tea tray and number plate holder from a firm in italy for £80.00 so im basing my offer on that .I would not go more than £70.00 as it needs a little work tidying it

Ok. In that case I'll tidy it myself and ask £100.

Now on eBay. Search for s4 challenge, it was the only item listed last time I looked.
