Yup take it to Rosso, My bikes always come away running like new cant stress enough how good they are.

And I belive marcus at rosso is factory trained his certifcates are hanging up in the workshop.

thats fine - but if they are not approved, then he wont have done any of the recent courses as only Ducati personnel go on the training. There are plenty of trained fella's out there, who did past training tho, but not on the up to date stuff. eg: Mike Dawson, lovely fella - he was trained from 2002 - 2005, but not since DLS folded hence why he had to remove the wording 'factory trained' from his website as it was misleading to people with newer bikes.
