Ducati UK Message - Laguna Performance Centre

Just seen this on Facebook, posted by Ducati UK.

Laguna Performance Centre in Ashford is the latest dealer to become a member of the Ducati dealer network.

Originally established in 1989 in Maidstone, Kent, Laguna Motorcycles is now one of the largest new and used motorcycle dealers in the South East.

In 2007 the Laguna Performance Centre in Ashford was established to provide expert tuning and performance parts, offering high quality product and unrivalled customer service and now has added the Ducati brand to the Centre.

The Laguna Performance Centre stocks an extensive range of Ducati clothing, parts and accessories to complement the award winning 2009 range. A selection of demonstrators will be available to test ride including the new Streetfighter, the award winning 1198 and the iconic Monster.

The Performance Centre has skilled and knowledgeable staff that will be happy to give advice and book test rides if required and the modern service department is staffed by highly trained Ducati approved technicians offering servicing, tuning, MOTs, tyre fitting and state of the art Dyno equipment.

Steve Watts, the store manager has a wealth of experience having worked with the Ducati brand previously for 8 years, he said, ‘I have a passion for the Ducati brand and I’m looking forward to providing Ducati customers with an excellent customer experience and further elevate our profile as a performance centre. I also look forward to welcoming customers to our Ducati launch weekend on the 12th and 13th September.’

The Ducati UK roadshow will be attending the Laguna Performance Centre Ducati launch weekend on Saturday the 12th. The Ducati UK event truck and demonstrator fleet will be present with a selection of the 2009 range of Ducati motorcycles for customers to see and ride. Anyone wishing to test ride any of the Ducati’s available should call in advance to pre-book.

Andy Simpson (Dealer Development Manager DUK) comments, ‘I am really pleased that we have been able to join forces with Laguna. It is vital Ducati are able to provide consistent, top class support and service to existing Ducati owners whilst making our motorcycles and associated products easily accessible to new customers and future Ducati owners. Steve and his team’s enthusiasm will certainly deliver a great Ducati experience to their customers.’

Lagunas Maidstone originally held the Ducati franchise and let it go I think around 6-7 years ago. I remember seeing a monster there for the first time around 1999. Wasn't sure of them back then as had eyes for 916. Glad they are back in the ducati world as they have always been a trustworthy bike dealers. I got my s4 there back in december 04' and promptly sorted it on the first day when the relay buggered up.

May even be able to pop down on the 12th hopefully as need riding experiance before belgium week later.

I popped down last weekend to see where they are and they already have the showroom bikes in. If you know were Motorline used to be on Hilton road just go to the end of that road then turn right and Laguna performance center are on the right a coupe of buildings down.

Albie if you are heading down and don't mind some company let me know.
