The Kent/South East has always struggled for official dealers. Never used Motorline anyway TBH. The nearest I got was some recall work about 3 years ago for clutch slave & fuel line on trike. I made 4 attempts to book in only to be fobbed off (service manager not here, at lunch, Zzzz ..etc), and promised to call me back ASAP - which they never did.
My own customer survey says Anyway.. as Scrapps said - I visit an independant Ducati technician now the monster's out of warrentee. There's other sevice centres about but looks like you'll have to travel outside of Kent to find them now.

May I recommend Ducati Proteam (aka Al & Matt) who've recently moved to Strood from Wimbledon. They do free pickups within a 50-mile radius (including all London postcodes), if you cannot get there.

Thanks for the info lads -
Gary, I've been fobbed off so many times by those guys at Motorline so I know exactly what you mean. Paivi - I just dropped the guys at proteam a line. Thanks, I feel a bit better now.... |

They may not be able to help with pukka Ducati servicing (as in stamping up the dealership books and stuff) but these guys have worked wonders on my old nail on a number of occasions and are thoroughly nice blokes as well...
