Hi all, ive just received a belly pan bought on ebay sold as for a 900monster,
Inside it says its for a 600, 52 plate, does anyone know if it will fit as i have not yet received the brackets yet from germany? it sits under ok but no holes appear to line up really with much, |

No they never fit on the engine casings directly. The brackets are usually about 4 cms long and they fix to the bellypan and then to the engine casing fixings. Easy to knock some up. Try your local hard ware shop or somthing like B&Q warehouse. Just thin aluminium plate about 1mm thick by 10mm wide by whatever length you need. And a pop rivet gun to fix to bellypan.

Shouldn't be any difference. All engine cases pretty much the same even s4/rs point of fixings.

The taily tidy I got off a mate. Its carbon fibre two piece. I think they are part of the shorter later type tea trays. The ones that show a bit of the frame.
I do actually have a stainless steel one in garage before I brought this. Just neater looking. I will take a picture if I can find it.

My bellypan came off a 900 I think...the 900 has holes which the 600 doesn't and we ended up having to drill and tap the engine...get it done properly though if you go that route!!!!!!!!!
