Louigi moto
for a series of unfortunate situations I got delivered a part very late (2 weeks,fastway couriers should be done by trading standard for misleading advertising), and not matching the picture on their website.I've sent back the part and they've sent me the new one without waiting for the return. In fact this time was on my doorstep the following day,before noon.Not much, I know, and not big news to many forum users, but just want to thank and praise them for going the extra mile. Now I'm off to the garage.

Rich is a top bloke, always very helpful and as you say does that little extra
