Hello
Hi this is my first post on the site. Just wanted to say hello and ask a very quick question. Im literally about to buy a new 696 (it will be my first bike) and I cant decide whether to buy a white or a black one. Every time I look at pics I think White but having seen them both together think the novelty might wear off and drawn towards black. Any Thoughts??

I personally prefer the red or the white to the black, but If you aren't bothered about colour, get the one which will arrive quickest! And welcome to

Thanks for your thoughts guys. I went to the garage with my wife today and she told me in no uncertain terms that I was getting the white one! So not wanting to cause a scene I went along with her and now am the proud owner of my first Ducati! its a white 696 with carbon Termis and a few other carbon add ons. Just need a bloody licence now so I can ride it.
Ricky at 5'4 I think youl find that real men ride white bikes!!! Cheers guys Im sure im gonna need more advice soon as I know nothing about bikes. |

I hear what your saying it was 50/50 as to which one i was gonna go for but white just looks a bit different from anything else on the market. Just gutted that I cant ride it iv got my DAS course starting 8th Dec so hope I pass Or its the most expensive clutter in my garage. Still at least it looks nice and I can always sit on it and pretend!

EVERYONE who had there bike before they had passed their test did this, me included. in fact start it and rev it, get used to the feel, have a look about it, get to know it and let it run, this should help with running it in (i reckon anyway)
