On A27.
I think it was a S4RS going west on A27 between Chichester and Havant. Sure I have seen this bike before locally. Who are you?? Kev.

Absolutely shocking, though! Love it how he thought the country road would be too slow (hello, your top speed is 8mph, so no matter which road you take, it'll be slow...), so, Ooh, I know, I'm going to take the NSL road where everybody else goes past me, or into me, at ten times my speed.

He should have overinflated his tyres waited for high tide and taken to the water. A straight line across the harbour would have been much quicker
