Instrument Cluster Repair

Can anyone recommend someone who can repair my instrument panel for my 620 Dark 2002? The indicator light is constantly on and has drained the battery. Ducati ProTeam have tested everything and have concluded that its the instrument panel itself (new one £400!!!). They suggested Scorpio Electronics (http://www.scorpio-electronics.co.uk/) and I found Cluster Repairs (http://clusterrepairsuk.co.uk/).

They both seem to know what they are doing but I was hoping someone might be able to make a recommendation.
