Wales suggestions please

That's it - i can't wait for a week of good weather anymore! I'm going next week.
Start: SE London over to Bath, the Brecon Beacons then Pembrokeshire back to Bulith Wells up to Machynnleth(ish), and then Tremadog.
Any suggestions of bike friendly, comfortable places to stay welcome.
Rules: No Motorway (okay, the Severn Bridge then), Ride as many of the routes in "my good rides to go on" book, ride as much as possible, all day? - well we'll see where we end up,
Stay in bloody nice places=I'm not roughing it!
My aim is roughly…
Day1: South London to Bath
Day2 to the Brecon Beacons via the Severn Bridge
Day3: Brecons a bit more maybe then Pembrokeshire or straight onto
Day4: Bulith Wells & up to Machynnleth
Day 5: to Snowdon & Tremadoc
Maybe it's too ambitious? Who knows? Especially since I'm gonna follow my nose half the time and may be going round in circles alot (cos it's fun)
