Top yoke pinch bolt torque 2000 M900sie
My forks were sitting too low in the yokes, about 5mm showing, and after having a look on here and various manuals I have raised them to 20mm which gives the 280mm distance from the bottom yoke to the flat piece of the fork top.
I have looked in a couple of Ducati workshop manuals and they give a torque for the M8 bottom yokes at 20Nm but they don't give any for the top yokes, as the bolts are the same diameter I was going to torque them to 20Nm. Can anyone please tell me if 20Nm is the correct value for the top ones? I don't just want to assume it is as we all well know assumption is the mother of all cock-ups! Cheers
