Greetings from oop north
Hi
After having an off in June where I hit a patch of gravel on my Street R, ended up flying and falling down a 25ft embankment and breaking my back, I thought I'd had enough of biking. But, on a rare sunny day here in Angus, I started missing the bike so 1 day before we left for a 3 week holiday I went and bought this... It's a 2012 Monster 1100EVO with just over 3000 on the clock. The previous owner has lavished it with lots of lovely shiny things such as Termis (inc ECU, airfilter etc), Maxton rear shock, Maxton fork internals, blobs of carbon here and there and new belts just before I bought it. So upon returning from holiday last week, the bike was delivered the next day and as with any other sensible V-twin owner, the baffles came out of the cans. MY GOD it's loud, and I love it. Only managed out once due to the weather but it was a great run from home, through Glenshee to Braemar and back. There was indeed... A Monster coming over them thar hills!!! |
