Do you need "Commuting" cover?
I'm self-employed and in the past I sometimes used my ST4 for visiting clients, so naturally I had "Class 1 business use" cover for it. A couple of years ago I stopped using the bike for that purpose and of course shifted to "Social, Domestic & Pleasure" cover. At my recent renewal I realised the certificate and policy cover wording said "including commuting" (which i don't do as I have no "regular place of work" to commute to). Deleting those 2 unnecessary little words has just reduced the cost of my Ebike 3-bike policy by a third!
