Kent based newbie.

As part of a mid life crisis Im working my way through a bucket list of bikes for my late teens early 20s

I got a 1988 Africa twin going back together, a 1993 Fireblade getting a cosmetic restoration. My working bike is a MT01 - an old collection. Having lived in the middle east and Africa since 1999 my bike history has mainly been scramblers / enduros.

Next on the list is a M900 - if prefer year 1 models and projects as messing around with them is the main point as I do all the work myself if possible.

Having started looking into M900 bikes I came across this pic

The bike appears to have hexagon shaped forks - is this correct or just a shadow effect?
