Service Question - S4R, 33000 miles...
Hi there
Newbie here. I have a Ducati S4R with 33k miles on it. Full Ducati service history up-to 12k miles and then serviced be a Ducati mechanic up-to 30k miles. I've done about 150 miles on it since buying it! Getting some differing advice - local mechanic reckons the shims never go out and he has some device for ascertaining whether they need doing?? Ducati Wolverhampton (nearest dealer - I'm in Mid Wales) are stating that I should get everything done. Thoughts lads and lasses? |
