Ducati Ashford Thumbs Up
I went down to Ducati Ashford this morning for the 1100's first main service. Greeted at 8:50 by a mechanic he said he would start on the bike a bit early. Normally 9:00 start. Took around 1 and half hours and a test ride by the mechanic showed up my front discs are warped. Not by me but seems to be an issue too with 1098 etc. They will be going through warranty as bikes done 2700 miles only.
Anyhow they were polite and courteous and gave me feedback so I am pleased with their service. They also seem to have fixed the weep from around the clutch. I say seem as its seems to be less on the way back as some oil may still be around in the clutch. It appears it was the oil plug washer to the bottom right of the clutch cover. I'm still dubious to whether its at the back of the clutch drum but if thats the case it will get done when the discs are changed. First service cost £186 if anyones got one due.
