Yes they are but we won't be able to afford one of those..... £1000 max I reckon.
My last Gilera Runner 180VXR cost me £750 and I sold it for £700 2 years and 14k miles later.....
That will be fine for nipping to the shops, work, or the odd day out 2-up.
