Advice Needed: mechanic Cracked my Clocks

Hi all

I am gonna hold off publicly naming the offending company until i have give them a chance to resolve the issue amicably.

I rate this company as techs, they did a truely briliant job on forks, brakes and Dyno. Had it not been for the cracked clocks i would be posting huge praise for the man and his company here on the forum
he obviously needs a few pointers on the customer service/dispute resolution front

for all those concerned londoners that have been PMing me,

it was NOT i repeat NOT Rosso Corse that cracked my clocks
