Still Hunting!

Hi all it's me from last time, i'm still hunting for my first big bike!

I've found a few and gumtree and just want to know what you guys think. This is the one I really like and its the perfect price: http://www.gumtree.com/london/40/35625240.html

The only downside is that it's a private sale so I don't know how I would go about getting it restricted.
