It's with Keystone and they will take upto 5% of any funds awarded to me for personal injury SHOULD I ever need to use my legal cover but my one-off payment has been included in my premium and I've been given top breakdown cover too, so I'm taking my chances that I won't need to use legal cover but even if I do I don't really mind that I've gotta give up 5%.
I'd rather that than pay out an additional £200 per year on my premium - it's not like I wouldn't have any legal cover at all plus I'm hoping that I'll never make a claim. |
