June 2008 Monster Of the Month
From Giler
Hi, I've been a member of UKMOC for two years now, and met some nice people and good friends. This 1999 900 is the first Ducati I have owned, and the first road bike in a few years, as I had been doing green laning and enduro's for about six years. I love the monster as a blank canvas and as this club shows, there are many directions to go in! Mine is still evolving (and always will be), but I will stay with the cafe racer look. Having returned from a Le Mans moto gp trip (with Shandy and Steve'om900), I now know they are even reliable! Anyway, I hope you like it. Giler

Cheers - you been going through old threads?
I must put some updated pics on. Have put twin Conti silencers on and powdercoated the footrest hangers black. I must get round to painting the ss front mudguard I have and belt covers black. |

Thinking to powdercoat my conti replicas black and put the standard black rearsets back on as the rizoma bling snapped. Will post some piccies too when she's back on the road. |

love this bike, its been in my collection of monster pics for some time. Clean, simple, not over the top but nice subtle changes that all work together
