I've seen some not-so-good but old reviews of their servicing - has anyone had recent experience (good or bad) they'd like to share??

Go to DWR Motorcycles in Aylesbury, cheaper & Ducati enthusiast.

I've spent a month working there for my Uni internship and what I've seen is good, still take my bike there. Especially the parts side

I did also ask them about the bad rep they had in the past and it's all changed since then, if you mention Azhar sent you to Steve in parts he should sort out with any bits you might need

You could also use Rosso Corse in East London (popular on here) or Ducati Proteam

The bike I bought had been serviced by Daytona from new. When I contacted them (me being a new owner) they were extremely helpfull and excellent to deal with.

Thanks! Ive always found the parts guys to be extremely friendly and helpful but have not experienced their service side yet....

Used the King's Cross branch for a few things. Not bad, but Rosso Corse FTW.
