Engine oil

I normally use Castrol Power 1Racing or Shell Advance ultra. I change it annually but do so little miles last few I was thinking of using a semi synthetic, but seen a fully synthetic called Mannol. It has the same specs as Castrol and Shell has anyone got any experience with Mannol.

Can't see anything wrong with it, it's german so I guess it might ba a case of Vorsprung durch Technik

Not sure which model you run up there, but I believe the fully synthetic is not recommended
for a wet clutch……1100 evo for instance ?

S2R and Mutistrada 1000SDs.
It says Shell Advance 4 Ultra in books for both.
Found some at a good price so just stick with what I know at moment. K&N filter far easier to fit and remove.

As long as the oil is rated JASO MA2 (which indicates its suitability for wet clutches) you should be fine.
