The funniest thing is that they amended the Moto GP schedule to accommodate the F1 snorefest today...

The F1 was vaguely interesting today with some dodgem car racing and Hamilton dropping places for impromptu repairs. I shall keep an eye out for the MotoGP as well though.

Vaguely interesting isn't even a patch on Moto 2 right now...

F1 in Baku could be described as wacky races, but not a snorefest...

Yep, but beyond the crashing and the 7 DNFs there was some great racing in between. It's a stunning track and just watching the cars thread through at those speeds with zero run off is a thrill. Last years race was a huge disappointment but this year made up for it in spades.

They're going to have to find a 2 1/2 hour slot for the highlights show on ITV4 after those three races

'fraid the highlights are now on Channel 5 - still Keith Heuwen & Julian (assange?) pouring drivel into the microphone whilst thinking they are frightfully amusing & witty (which they are not)

Also, hats off for John McPhee, 3rd in another cracking Moto3 race (from 19th on the grid)

Respect
