M1100s led indicators
Hi folks, I'm thinking about fitting sequential led indicators to my 2009 1100s monster, so the question is is the flasher speed stable on the dash, if so how do I do this, or is there an actual flasher relay fitted I can replace with the correct one. The fact is I don't really want to use resistors as they are a bit bulky and ugly.
Regards,Dave. |

Correct there is no flasher relay as such on the M1100s it is controlled within the dash, yes can use resisters but they come with their own problems, or there are specific LED indicators that are compatible will try and dig out some old info

Thanks for the input guys, never really liked the aftermarket big resistors and slightly "Heath Robinson" look of it so I've blown the idea off and just stuck with stock ones with chromatic bulbs.
Potentially the bike will be for sale soon anyway. Thanks,Dave. |
