Ducati Insurance

My renewal is up and I was quoted, what I thought was a very reasonable £220something. I thought I'd better declare my modifications to make sure I'm properly covered, so after a quick call, I faxed a page of A4 to DI listing all the alterations to the bike. Nick called me back to say the renewal quote was now £260something.

They are ace, I really can't thank them enough for sorting out the Call Assist dilema I've had this week...was promised to be refunded my £500 for when I broke down on Sat but funds didn't show in my bank til tonight; so Mark at Ducati Insurance has refunded the £44 top breakdown cover I had paid for even though it was not Ducati Insurance's fault

Have to agree

Ducati Insurance quoted me 210 for my new 695 when ive only had my license since last November

Funnily enough it is with the same company who's best price was 325 the day before...

Well I can tell you that living in Epsom is a lot better than South East London tehn because I bought the same bike as you Gimley and had my license from about the same time but my quote was £950 with no garage. Ouch.

Bennetts were the cheapest by far for me and they were the only insurers who would touch me last year when I first got my full licence. Maybe you should them a try JP?

Bennetts quoted me over £1300 last April when Ducati Insurance quoted me £690 - was naughty and had a driving ban, am youngish, already have 9 points and had only been riding for 2yrs at that time.

i've found them to be really good, like I said they were the only ones who would insure me last year, I'm gonna give Ducati insurance a call for a renewal quote as everyone recommends them so highly!

Almost time for a roast beef sandwich.......oh they are so good.

Wait till you have problems, my missus will never use Bennets again. They kept making mistakes with the proposal, then wanted to charge her for the corrections. She was very unimpressed with them, This year she went to Ducati after my recommendation, not only did she get quoted £120 fully comp even with my (impeccible last year claims record) added as second rider for her 620.

Personally I have only used bennets once as that was the only time they came out cheapest.

Slob, Surely I've never called you old ? Maybe 'mature' a couple of times...

And yes the insurance on the S4R was a major shock. Spent a week phoning everyone, Ducati Insurance wouldn't re-insure the new bike !
Found Bike Team really made an effort and at least got me insured.
