Och Aye
Hello Folks,
My names Mat. I'm from Dundee and I have a Monster 1100EVO I started riding about 5 years ago, in that time I've had a Honda cbr 125, hornet 600, cb100r, BMW F800R (Pfeiffer rep) and then moved on to the Monster. It may look like I've had a bike for every year, but not quite, the 125 didnt last a year. The hornet went to bike heaven, the cb100r wasnt for me so didnt last a year. The BMW however lasted two years and went round Europe. Get married soon, so it was time to get the bike I'm gonna have for a while. Took out a street triple for a test but the Monster won. Had it 2 months and done 2000 miles. Although last weekend I decided that I wasnt leaning enough into corners and lent so far that it went for a slide Damage superficial, parts on their way, will be on the road again soon |

Welcome aboard m8, having jointed here recently I can vouch for the chaps and chapesses being a bloody good bunch. If you need spares Funcatronic appears to have that corner marked so have a look

Hi Baggabones, glad you're enjoying the new bike and sorry to hear about your wee slide. Also from the North East, Aberdeen originally. If you get a chance you should go on to Ducati up North. The Midgie Masher is worth going to around August time. Lovely setting at the Spittal o' Glenshee

Welcome to the club Baggabones and that's a nice little selection of bikes you've had and luckily not too much damage on the monster. Be careful out there.
