Mito / 748 / 916 rear light (just the red bit)

The Mito has an e marked tinted rear light, but this means red bulbs that then shine red onto the number plate.

I don't want to start messing around trying to get it legal by blanking off bits and adding separate number plate lights (the Mito charging system is over worked as it is!) so am looking to just change the rear lens for a stock red one and it seems that a 748 / 916 is the same.

I've done the ebay trawls but I thought I'd ask on here just in case someone has one knocking around.
