You're never too old to enjoy the sound of a Ducati.
Welcome to the club and if there's any advice or anything you wanna ask just go ahead.

Two things you might be interested in,
May 2nd & 3rd the annual Monster National Weekender with a National rideout planned for the Sunday.
Also keep your eye on the Trackday section if you like that sort of thing.

Hi J.P., thanks for the welcome,i do have lots of questions about my S2R,i did actually buy it from one of the members here-top aussie guy! Anyway, any tips on maintenance,i do know my way quite well round an engine as was in the motor trade for a while but don't know too much about these, what are the main do's and don't's?

The main 'do' is change the drive belts every 12k or 2 yrs, plus keep the service book upto date.
Your S2R, is it red?

Unfortunately, I know nothing about maintenance on bikes, other than keep them clean and salt free in the winter !
