Hello everyone, newbie Monster advice needed!
As a relatively inexperieced rider, 6'4" and 16st, I'd welcome recommendations for a first Monster.
I like simple clean lines, and for some reason would prefer aircooled, red and high level exhausts..... budget is realistically £4k. |

Hi and welcome,
With that budget at the moment you can get some good bikes, doubt it would stretch to a new one but you can probably get a nice 1000 for that at least..there's one on the for sale at the moment I think.

hello and welcome, as others have said £4K should find you a very nice bike
as well as the Monster 1000 mentioned above theres a couple of nice S2R 1000 and S2R800s in the for sale section (inclucing mine!) in your budget although maybe not red ones imho as the 800 is a wet clutch bike and the engine has a little less torque so is better suited to build experience and confidence. its still brilliant fun, but its less of a handful than the dry clutch 1000. you can probably also find 696s for that money too feel free to have a mooch and post any questions you may have Last edited by Funkatronic; 03-12-2013 at 12:41 PM.. |
