Hi guy’s any simple starts to diagnose Rex counter not moving at all. Believe it’s the same as the monster 900. Also I read so where there is a glass that fits perfectly that isn’t Ducati

I've got a feeling that your clocks will work from a large printed circuit motherboard beneath the dials and I wouldn't know where to start with that.
If you've got a cracked glass, chances are it's water damage unfortunately. Can't help with the glass but try these for the electronics. Scorpio Electronics in Lynn, 01553 279193 or 07768 624062, address is 35,Marsh Lane, King's Lynn. PE30 3AD. They are instrument specialists so might be able to do your glass too? They are recommended by other members.

I't probably a fault in the stepper motor, they have a very thin carbon conducter track that just wears out.
I did try to source a few of these to fix the clocks on an IE I had but couldn't find any in small quantities so I just got a set of used clocks and swapped the parts over. The circuit board is all surface mounts so it is a pain in the arse to do, but it is do able. It's a fibreglass type board so much more resistant to water damage

Before you spend money or damage the Rev counter which I did check your battery and charging circuit are working A1 as the S4 is very prone to bad tacho if volts low My Tacho was fine it was my Reg /Rec but I buggered the tacho investigating it and had to replace it
