M900 loom Heat wrap
Hi all
On my 97 M900(Carbie) the bundle of electrical cables that come up the alternator side of the engine, including the pick-up cables, charge cables and sidestand wiring, is covered in a fabric over wrap which I’d imagine helps protect the various cables from the heat of the engine. Note I’m not talking about the fabric sleeving on just the pick-up cables, but the open, or split, sleeve that wraps around the bundle of different cables. Does anyone have a part number for it? Or know if it’s available separately or as part of the main loom? I can’t find it on any parts diagrams I have. It’s missing on my 900SS project, and I’m deciding if I should find an original piece or just source a generic heat resistant wrap. Thanks Nasher

Used this for other looms. Not sure if what your looking for. It’s wrap around heat shrink and should able to take temperature as per data sheet.
