Ah OK makes sense, the issue remains that the bung on your M600 was used for an O2 sensor what first run at the factory to check rich / lean and thats it !
You can get easily 1/8 BSP / NPT o2 sensors but they will not give you anywhere near the accuracy that an AFR sensor provides Most if not all wideband lambda's use M18 so roughly 10mm bigger than the hole you have !! so as said without welding your only simple option is a probe
