Having only had my 1200s for a year I think there are only a few niggles (less than most other bikes I've owned).

1. Seat is too low and hard, I have the "comfort" seat (not any more comfortable but higher) but I still need more height.
2. Quick shifter is crap at normal (legal) speeds (I have it disabled in touring mode).
3. No underseat storage.
Struggling to think of anything else to be honest.
