Well first off the YouTube vid is not a great help, but thanks for the suggestion.
But have worked it out, air/water temp has to be 40degrees +, the engine has to be running, select the co2 level (ducati settings 22-28 as standard), press the test button and then the confirm to save new setting.
Due to my non-Ducati fuel pump/direct fuel line set-up, I've gone fron 22 to 20. Results after quick test run are looking good right through the range, doesn't often turn out like that.
