Thats from Thailand ,, most Thai mechanics never read manuals even if the y have them in Thai, and they either overtighten or dont bother ,,,,, same with chains they normally tighten them like guitar strings , and tyres to 40 or 50ft lb ,,,, in Thailand more is good , amplifiers are always set to maximum even if the sound is distorted ,,, nothing in moderation ....
