Whenever I have a job to do on the bike, car or garden, I always think to myself - "would this pass the Welsby quality control test?"
I've just been fitting new front pads & discs to my daughter's Ford Ka. I imagined him looking over my shoulder & checking up on the workmanship (or lack of) involved on my part.
I miss his marathon phone calls.
