It'll be good to see you Krishna, and likewise other folk who have still not managed to get to a weekender.
Since this is the "aperitif" thread I will divulge an early taster of the itinerary.
This is the main club annual bash and centres around runs out to places of interest and socialising, both at the run destinations and in the evenings at The Hotel.
You can drop in at any point or go the whole hog.
Friday afternoon/evening; folks roll up, check in and get together over an Italian style buffet. Meeting new friends and catching up with old ones.
Saturday morning features a run out to
Rutland. Departing approx. 10.30am
The evening sees a three course meal, much social intercourse, fun and games.
On Sunday we have the main Annual UKMOC National run, which this year will be heading to
Duxford then return to The Sharnbrook for a parade and voting for the best bikes.
There are some new trophies this year, including Concours d' Elegance, to reward those who cherish originality. Best modified/Special for those who cherish a different kind of originality, and Concours d' Grot for anyone who deserves it..!
There will also be an ongoing BBQ in the afternoon along with the prize giving.
Normal Hotel meals are available in the evening, although we have been recommended an Indian Restaurant in nearby Bedford for those with any room and sense of adventure left!
The fun continues on Monday. We have been invited to take part in Ciro's Cars and Coffee Supercar Charity Cruise. The mind boggles, but expect a generous helping of Lambos, Ferraris and other exotica.

(Possibly!) There's still time to squeeze in stuff if anyone has any ideas of what they'd like to do.
