Darren, what is SBK? Would the Ohlins be a straight swop? I understand that not all Ohlins stuff is of the best quality? A friend recently swopped his Ohlins rear unit for a Maxton as it went off badly when used hard (and got hot). The Maxton was a big improvement.
The total cost of the K Tech mod is about £500.
