Just my opinion but the panigale led unit looks much smaller and neater than either of those options.
In fact once fitted you can't see it at all unless you crouch on the floor and look underneath the teatray.
And obviously, being std oem equipment, its effective function is assured.
Dunno how much they cost though .. I got mine as part of a complete secondhand tail unit that I bought just for the led indicators.
